I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great, being so close to MSK and other hospitals. The rooms had a good view, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness and the blinds that didn't work. The service was friendly, but they lacked follow-through when issues arose. Overall, it's a decent option for the price, but there's definitely room for improvement.
